A mount can't be judged strictly on its durometer rating. The design of the mount also plays largely into how stiff a mount actually feels.

Let's say that they use a pushed in poly bushing versus your poured in bushing, and they were both the same durometer rating, would yours be stiffer or softer?

Yes there is an increase in NVH with this mount and pretty much any aftermarket motor mount that is stiffer than stock.
