I was told by my friend that firestone has RE-71RS on sale, cheaper than tirerack. And I check on discount tire, it is the same price as firestone.
265/35/18 is $335 per tire
275/35/18 is $351 per tire

Not that you'll be daily driving a 200tw, but Tire Rack does have two-year road hazard included and Discount Tire charges separately for that. If it matters to you. Bridgestone is also releasing a replacement for the RE71RS that is supposed to be out in early 2026, though that would not be early enough to be SCCA legal for 2026. It might mean that there will be some closeouts on the RS next spring. Not raining on the parade, I appreciate you posting, I'm actually looking for a new set of 200tw to go on a set of 18x9.5 APEX EC-7s for next autocross season.

The new Bridgestone is getting unveiled at PRI in December and TireRack will have the required number of sizes in stock by 31 December to be SCCA legal in 2026.

Can't wait to catch the closeout sale on them like I did the last RE71R. They were almost half off then, and since I mainly just autocross, they last a whole year if not longer. My FK8 (Backup car/daily) will be getting 71RS and the EST/T5/Sundae Cup Fit will be getting the new 71RZ to go on one of the sets of wheels for it. The other set will keep the 660+s it currently has.

How about 275 per tire? I went to my local discount tire and ask if they can price match to Firestone. Firestone is the same price and has another 15% off for black Friday , but it won’t let me add to cart to show them the final price. The sales lady was able to give me 275 per tire.
Firestone website for reference, with a sub total price showing 15% off, there is also one page saying all tire 15% off and will end on 11/28

I did the same thing and got the same price. I wouldn't have thought of doing that without this thread, so thanks!
