Continued lockdowns due to outbreaks, electricity restrictions due to high temperatures and Yangtze drying up are all not helping the situation.

Gotta the say, the fact that Tesla and SAIC received special exemptions from commercial energy-use limits to keep producing cars seems kinda messed up, given the current state of things.
