Recently added a Mugen shift knob and used OLM center console cover that I got for cheap. Carbon fiber cover does not fit very well and I will replace eventually. I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for aftermarket carbon that has a good reputation? Really like the look of the carbon around the front ac vents but want good fitment.
Carbonsixthelement.com is great but expensive and long waits. Kplayground on Instagram is reasonably priced and in Canada so closer.

My current trim is from kplayground and I'm happy with it.

Coco Mats. Top quality. They add maybe a pound to the car, but they also make it a little nicer inside.....so am ok with it. These may be some of the if not the finest mats you can buy.

Great service. My fourth car with them....they look like new for 7 or 10 years....amazing mats.

Great company. I have no financial relationship with them - just a happy, repeat customer.

Which color are these, I think I'm going to order their Sisal mats, the OEM are just garbage?

Curious how you got the door trim piece by the switched re-covered in Alcantara? PFA below.

I haven't pulled the door panel apart yet but was curious if it was a separate piece or they had to have the entire door panel to cover that piece?

Do the seat covers fit?
I wouldn't recommend purchasing FK8 covers for an FL5, but they are functional without tailoring.

They don't install as intended because the FL5 seat back lacks the plastic shell that the FK8 has, which the back of the seat covers are supposed to tuck into. Also, both the seat bottom and seat back side bolsters have a bit of extra fabric since they are not identical in shape to those on the FK8.

It's possible to thread paracord through the vinyl tube that would have tucked into the FK8 seat's back shell and tie the seat backs together. The seat bottom installs properly and the 5-point harness holes have enough stretch to fit.
