Did the Apex front pipe sound different from the PRL?

I got it done in Crown Speed Auto in NYC. It's $800 for installation which includes an alignment and a 500 miles check up/alignment.

I got them installed. They ride great and pretty close to OEM, a tad but bouncier in the front in comfort mode but tighter and sharper in R+ mode.
