I only had the dealership do the necessary items. They did not remove the plastic or wash the car.

Same here. I don't see any issues/dangers/damage that can stem from what's on that list apart from washing the vehicle.

Persnickity buyers can always double check the list anyway but I see no reason to be a ninny and demand the dealer not do anything.
