So I just had my P700 turbo installed and I went to do some logs for my tuner. The car did fine but after a few pulls and full throttle run it went into limp mode and said rev match disabled and emission system problem. I checked the code that it had and it was P0046 which is for the wastegate actuator. I didn't know if anyone has had this issue and has an idea of what i can check or do to see about fixing it. Is the wastegate actuator adjustable? I didn't install it myself so i wasn't sure. I know on my old Focus ST it was but didn't know about the Civic. Also the car idles around 980 rpms or so where before I installed the turbo with my old tune it idled around 750ish or so. I didn't know if that would be a sign that there is a vacuum issue or not. The A/F at idle stays at 14.7 and doesn't jump around and vacuum with AC off is at -10.1 and with AC on is at -9.7 and doesn't jump around either stays smooth. So if any one has any ideas let me know. I am going to have my buddy that installed it who has a shop do a boost leak test on it and do a smoke test on it to see if there is a leak or not. If not is there anything that can be done to the wastegate actuator or do I try to throw a new one on to see what that does. Any input id appreciate it.
thanks guys

Yes wastegate actuator is adjustable. It’s a 10mm wrench. I would contact your tuner and they should advise you how to adjust it. It’s easy just tedious.

P700s are notoriously awful particularly this wastegate issue. I personally have gone through 2 P700s with this exact same problem (ie. wastegate decalibration). PRL sent me a second one brand new and the issue arose again. Several other folks here in PR have had the exact same issue. I would steer clear of this turbo, go MHI, Kuro , or RV6. PRL Turbo is trash!

Get a warranty replacement and sell it off quick.

So I got the issue fixed. Apparently the voltage was out of target for the PCM on start up so it wouldn't allow it to learn the actuator. It was at 2.01 and it needs to be between like 1.24 and 1.46 for it to not throw this code. I found this video on youtube and it worked for me. So i guess just in case anyone else has this issue in the future they can use this video to hopefully fix it. If you don't have a scan tool you can use a multi meter to. My buddy and me did it with the multi meter cause he hadn't updated his MODIS to work with 2024 and newer yet. But hope this helps someone else in the future.
