Thank you Iforgettoopee. I will check them out. I saw the camber plates on the Honda website but they want $900 plus for the set of two!
Ballade camber plates should be around $500 for the set, but you can only get around -2.5° before the strut spring perch has clearance issues with the chassis. You also have to remove the front struts to put the plates on, which can be a bit of a pain.

For what you are looking for I would definitely just do the lower ball joints. I would target -2.5° to -3° (you may be able to leave your alignment pins in for that) - I think that's the right range on these cars.
