Your dealership should have visibility through their tracking app called FreightVerify / VINView. Maybe worth a shot to ask your salesperson to set up alerts in that app to automatically text you updates.

They can set it up to text me directly? Do they get an ETA once it leaves port I know before it left they said they system shows no eta.
