Hello everyone, first of all, I would like to give a little information about the subject.

My car has a downpipe, frontpipe and aFe Power Cold Air Intake. There is no turbo pressure leakage in my car. My car is International Honda version. Unfortunately, my ECU is not supported by Hondata or kTuner.

Since kTuner and Hondata do not support, I tried to have my car tuned in four different local tuners, but all of them ended negatively. My car does not increase turbo pressure strangely. In every ECU file we prepare, the car runs worse than stock and the turbo pressure drops compared to stock. Everything else works fine. When we try 1.3 bar, we see 0.8 bar in car scanner. We have different theories about the problem. We guess that the gearbox is self-protecting, the maps are conflicting or something like a switch, but we cannot fix it. If anyone has knowledge and experience on this subject, I can share the stock file, ECU number, log records and videos of my runs with the same setup FC1 and FK7 Civic. For 3 months I have been trying to solve this problem. I would really appreciate it if we can find a solution to this.

We write and read the car with AutoTuner.

The 1.5L ecu is a bit tricky to work with, 99% of the tuners have no idea where to start so I´m not surprised. The transmission can also be in the way but there are ways around it.

I don´t have the 2022 1.5T in my market so I´m not sure wether it´s more complicated then the 10th gen but send me your stock tune and I will take a look.

Also I´ve had some problems with the Autotuner protocol for Keihin in the past so be careful.

I would go back to stock parts and see if that solves it, and then add one by one parts from there

I think the downpipe is the only part that can cause problems if there is a possibility.

If the maf sensor housing is changed on your intake then it could be a problem as well

All the tunes made were also tried with k&n drop in air filter and the same result was achieved. Thinking that this was the problem, I installed k&n on my vehicle. I didn't get a chance to install a cold air intake.

a drop in filter should not cause problems. The downpipe could get boost control off but I´ve never seen it on keihins
