Loud "Click" Sound coming from shifter

I have this strange clicking sound coming from my shifter, however it only happens when I move it to the right. And even stranger, it only happens a single time then disappears for the rest of the drive.

It only shows up again after I get back into the car after leaving it for a while. And yes, this problem existed with the OEM shift knob as well.

Anyone else have this issue?
