Honda civic gen 11 engine sound

My engine suddenly makes a wasp-like noise while idling after warming up. You can hear it if you listen carefully. Please hold it up to your ear and listen. In addition to the engine ticking sound, it suddenly makes a high-pitched noise that then stops and repeats.

I listened 4 times and I honestly don’t know what I’m trying to listen to. The engine sounds normal to me…which is to say it sounds like an industrial sewing machine. BUT, you’re noticing something and I’m wondering if maybe it’s knocking a little bit. You’re using good quality fuel and the recommended octane (NOT the minimum octane), right?

I definitely use quality fuel. The sound I'm talking about isn't a knock. It's different from an engine noise, more like a sudden, high-pitched bee buzz.
