You're absolutely right, the high pressure pump is very loud, but towards the middle of the video, a knocking sound can be heard coming from deep within.
Friends, my car is a 2022 11th-generation Civic. I shared the video; please watch it. My car makes a normal noise when it's cold, but when I drive around my garage and stop again, I hear a knocking noise when it's idling. Then, when I drive again and the engine warms up, I hear no more noise...
I definitely use quality fuel. The sound I'm talking about isn't a knock. It's different from an engine noise, more like a sudden, high-pitched bee buzz.
My engine suddenly makes a wasp-like noise while idling after warming up. You can hear it if you listen carefully. Please hold it up to your ear and listen. In addition to the engine ticking sound, it suddenly makes a high-pitched noise that then stops and repeats.
I'd like to update this thread. The authorized service center reported that the sudden wasp sound heard in the video could be coming from the catalytic converter. It was also said that it might be cleaning the carbon buildup. What are your thoughts on this?

This isn't an engine coolant measurement. What you mentioned applies to the water measurement. The situation is the opposite with engine oil. In a cold engine, the oil level is completely at the bottom, so the dipstick shows a high level.
