Hello,
I don't trust these large openings on the original front screen.
My 2018 Civic had smaller openings and stones or other objects on the road damaged my condenser. It is after this incident that I decided to put this type of grill which protected my new condenser from breakage by pieces of ice escaped from trucks in winter. The screen was bent, some tie-raps were broken, but no damage was done.
With my Civic 2025, I prevent. Installation is easy, and the screen is in the building materials section of hardware stores.
You need a piece 4 " X 29 "
Before mod :
Push screen in ;
Put in place ; this not easy , I use some hooks make with steel wire.
I use black tie-wraps , use more than less.
