Any solution to fix these green lines on the screen? It randomly happened today, tried to turn the car off and then back on but didn’t do anything.

Turning off the car is not as effective as disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes.

Have you made any modifications to your car that would affect the electronics?

I think you can hold down the power button to the radio for a certain amount of time and it will reboot the system. Maybe give that try. You can likely search youtube or google "reboot" Honda Civic entertainment system.
