Is it just me or the FL5 EPS/Steering Rack is particularly noisy?

I took the car to the Dealer after sending friends home on New Years Day. Upon reaching home, I get loud knocking noises whenever I move the steering wheel left and right in quick succession. It was very audible knock that you can hear it the noise from the outside of the car. The updated Steering Rack Recall procedure was already performed at this point.

Dealer found the knocking noise came from the Steering Rack and promptly replaced it. I am told it is the latest version and the Recall Grease does not need to be performed.

Fast forward to current point in time, it seems like it's getting louder, but not anywhere as bad. I had other cars with Electric Power Steering Rack, but none of them is anywhere like this.

I got the car back from the Dealer about a week since I dropped it off.

According to them, they contacted Tech Helpline, rechecked everything and concluded that it is normal, which I'm not convinced.

Looks like it'll have to wait until something takes a dive.

Went to a different Dealer for a second opinion. The Advisor who helped me immediately said he got a lot of the same complaint I am experiencing, and said all 11th Gen Civic has the same noise regardless of trim.

I explained the noise is not a comfortable one and it would be nice of him to show me an example. He pulled a key to a 11th Gen that is neither a Si nor Type R a few rows next to me that has not even crossed 10k miles, waiting to be serviced.

It has the same noise that I am experiencing :(
