In my Type R (FK8), the 'Fuel Low' light comes on after using 10-10.5 gallons.
The tank size is 12.4, so there's a big margin.
My wife's 2024 Civic Sedan 1.5T does the same thing.

In gallons that's exactly what my 11 Gen si did. Fl5 light comes on after using around 9-9.5 gallons.
