Or you can pick up Honda MTF from the dealer for $12..
yea, i had a bad expierence with non-OEM MTF so i stick with Honda now. Torco MTF is not good. I don't know why the had to reformulate it to GL-5 from GL-4. now it's too slick for the synchros.

I have some Redline MTL but kind of afraid to try it after my Torco experience.

on my 4th MTF fluid change at 65k miles and shifting smooth as butter still with Honda MTF. Greasing the slave cylinder pushrod / shift fork ball also helped with the creaking noise

Changed the mtf with honda fluid twice, and its buttery. There was alot of glitter from breaking in.

really? I've changed mine 4 times and never seen any glitter. fluid always looks brand new. my past cars were different story though. always a ton of gunk on those. guess Honda knows how to build good gearboxes.
