Expected production run/timeline

Does anybody know how many years the CTR is expected to be produced for and how many have been produced so far?

Also, does anybody know when the Limited Edition (if one comes out) might arrive and if a mid-cycle refresh is expected for FL5 and when?

This topic has been discussed quite a bit. Nothing official has been released from Honda in print or otherwise. Historically Type R vehicles have a 3-5 year model life so it's likely this car will be produced for the same period of time. One model year is essentially already in the books so if history is any indication of future events, 2-4 more model years remain.
