Quick question if anyone can help answer. With 275/30 for the ZE40 specs, can I get away without pulling the front strut pins? I have TE37SL 17x9.5 +38 and it clears without pulling the pins on swift.

most likely not.
you can definitely try it but the extra width will make it hard especially with the swifts.
