I got around to installing the PRL Turbo Inlet pipe. I appreciate @Two Step Performance and @Savannah@TSP with the discount and getting it to me really quick. Finally found time today to install it. Fairly straight forward install. The only thing I had issues with was getting the worm gear clamps off the PCV boot with a pair of pliers, but I just cut the clamps off with a Dremel without damaging anything. Looks great, even with the Mishimoto intake!

Unfortunately, now I have error codes P0045 and P2565. So I have that to troubleshoot. I get all the cool noises now, but its almost like I'm hitting max boost all the time which seems like the waste gate is stuck closed, and its causing a bunch of other system errors. :(

If anyone has any tips besides replacing the waste gate and possibly the turbo. I may change it all back to stock and take it in to Honda.

P2565 cleared, don't know how, but its gone. Now I have P0045 to chase. That one I might have to revert everything back and take it into Honda.

Thanks for your continued support. <3

Hate to see the trouble there, but I don't think this is related to the inlet pipe itself (or a hose swap error, usually seen with P04F0 and P145D). Could be the wastegate actuator itself or the connection.

I'd take it in to the dealer to take a look at if it's still under warranty. It's possible the unit went bad. Not the first I've seen do it/have issues.

It seems like the issue is related to the electrical portion of the waste gate actuator. Did you remove the connector to the actuator? Maybe remove it again to see if anything looks odd and plug it back in making sure the connection is solid.

Also, if you haven’t tried clearing the codes, it might be worth a shot. If the key was turned on with the solenoid disconnected, it would set those codes.

@jtlctr I did unplug the harness from the actuator to give myself room as recommended from the install instructions. Car was off and battery were disconnected during install. I did try re-seating the plug and clearing the codes, P2565 was the only one I was able to clear. I'll try and check the wiring today for damage, I've been seeing with the Civics that the wiring is pretty delicate and the connection can be easily broken within the wiring.

I've checked all the hoses and they look good. I'll double check them again. Checking the wiring today. Hoping the unit did not go bad, would be surprising with a low mileage car.

Crisis averted. Turns out one of the pins on the wastegate side was bent and was poking into the plastic of the plug rather than the actual connection. Not sure how I missed this when unplugging and re-seating the plug. No more codes or errors.
