For about a week now I have had this croaking/knocking like sound coming from my motor. It only happens when in park and reverse at idle rpm (appx 750) up to about 1200rpm and it's goes away after that.

NOTE: I've had Ktuner on this car for almost 25k miles and no issues. It's a 93 tune but I'm in California so I mix 1.5 gallons of e85 with 91 every fill up. I do also rev the car quite often but I don't think this would cause the issue I'm having.

Another thing to take into consideration is that this did not happen during the summer so it may be due to the temperatures around me being 35 to 60 degrees currently. Also, my knock control went up to 38 and 50 during 2 different attempts at determing where the noise was coming from.

Would the sound be actual knock or something wrong with the injectors?

Attached is a video of some light revving in reverse after driving 35 miles on the freeway with cruise control set to 70mph. (The noise is much louder in reverse than park)

Man....hmmmmmm....hard to say. Have you checked your rear motor mount?
I have not so ill check today and see if it's loose. Also, I did change the stock one out for the 27won 60mm cvt mount so maybe it wasn't torqued right.

Possibly, and the bushing may also be torn. Worth checking. The only other thing I could suggest is using an automotive stethoscope to probe around to see if you can find the noise.

I re-torqued both bolts on my rmm and that seemed to fix the issue. Hope it was just that and not something major. Thanks for the help!
