I am so sorry to hear this, Mr Trizzle. As I recall and hearing other people on this Forum talk about something like this ? I think the dealership has to disclose any damage to the vehicle before you signed on the dotted line.So I finally got my car last week and the paint is completely wrecked. The hood and roof was resprayed at the factory and it looks like a 12 year old did it. All the seals have paint over spray on them. It can't be corrected or polished out either as the defects are under the clear coat. Not sure what's going to happen.
I can’t speak to how someone else would approach this, but I would talk to the GM ,First. And if you don’t get what you want? Honda Corporate next. And if still no solution? Time to call an Attorney who specializes in consumer protection! Good Luck with your dilemma. And don’t forget to mention all the shipping delays!
Kind Regards by the way you forgot to mention how you found the defects ?
