While I have read some posts about Type R stock exhaust being put on an Si. In doing so, I understand it requires some modification to elongate the tips (FE1 being a longer platform).
However, I believe DE5 and FE1 are practically similar in length for exhaust purposes. Would love to hear sound clips if anyone has tried installing the stock OEM Type S exhaust on Si.

Edit: FL1 -> FE1 (thanks for pointing it out Chilly613)

You mean a Civic Si FE1? Sedan chassis codes begin with FE, the hatchback chassis code begins with FL. Not only would you have to reroute the tips , the Civic Si is a dual exhaust, DE5 and Type R are center exhaust, wouldn't be any room for it. This was possible on the 10th Gen since the Si and FK8 were both center exhaust. Maybe you can be the first, who knows.
