Dashcam - DRH-224SD set up issues

Hi guys, I imported a civic hybrid 22 from Japan and it came with an dashcam included ( photo attached). I have added an SD card with the fat32 format. However the error light is still flashing. Can anyone guide me on how to set it up or as a manual for it please?

Hey I've also recently imported an FL4 with this same dashcam model installed. Were you ever able to connect to the dashcam wifi and access the files from your mobile? If you have access to the booklet with the wifi password at the back please let me know.

I found this website that have all the manuals but i cannot download it as it is asking for Browsing key.

I have access ; No 2022 Hybrid Civic , only 2002 and older
