Is there a way to completely disable the collision avoidance system? I was speeding up in traffic to try and merge through a narrow but reasonable gap. Got kinda close to the car in front of me as I was merging and as I'm switching lanes the system activates and I get the flashing warning, which is fine, but the system cut my throttle for like 1-2 seconds which is not cool at all. I looked into the driver assistance menu and found where you can change the distance of where the system will activate, but no option to disable.

Yes in the menu on the gauge cluster there is an option to disable it but it has to be turned off every time you start the car. It gets automatically disabled in R+ with traction off.
