Nice build looking good ????
I read you put a PRL Throwback Strut tower brace on and glad to see you like it. Did you torque it down to the factory specs of I believe 51 LB FT ? I’ve got one on the way and looking forward to it .
Thanks, I appreciate that.

I actually don't have the PRL Throwback Strut Bar anymore. I'm using the Ultra Racing Strut Bar now. It moves the bar closer to the firewall and more out of the way, but yes, I torqued it to the factory specs.

That Ultra Racing brace looks good !
Yeah I read the Throwback brace is a little tight especially above the battery cable. I’ll probably pick up a plastic sleeve to go around it or electrical tape just were it’s resting on the cable to avoid any wear on the cable”s” ??

I saw that you're tuned, how long has it been and how does it feel compared to stock?

Any issues with the clutch?

I have the same car and have been considering it.

I've been tuned now for a little over a year. The car is more responsive than stock, I usually just drive around on map 1, but if I want a little bit more and drive more aggressive, I'll change to map 2. It makes driving a lot of fun.

So far I have not had any issues with the clutch, but I'll probably upgrade it down the line with the RV6 1.5T Retro FK8 Flywheel and an FK8 stage zero clutch.

Map 1 just requires 91 right?

I'm wary because of the clutch mostly.
The tune itself requires 91, doesn't matter the map you're in.

Is there enough room under the strut bar to remove the battery without removing the bar? Did you replace the stock strut nuts?

Yes, the strut bar is out of the way where it does not need to be removed. It comes with lower profile nuts.
