This is great info, thanks! Disappointed the rumors were true but good to see numbers of how many have landed, at least up to September 2024. I hope all OGs on here are able to get one before production stops.

Still seems like every one I come across is sold. Not sure how often people luck out and call the dealer and they happen to have an open allocation. Definitely hasn’t been my experience.

The best way I can describe this is I was really fortunate. Somehow the dice rolled in my favour this time. A friend of a friend graciously offered their allocation to me and the dealership was struggling to sell the vehicle. So now I am a Type R owner! I don't know if my new friend is on the forum but thank you for making this happen and putting this smile on my face. To be driving this vehicle after a 3 year drought is a feeling I can't recall if I have experienced already. I still have a allocation that looks promising, so if it does come up I look forward to pass on the fortunate to some of you who I've shared this drought with so far. @onepointsix thanks for cheering me on through this!

Congrats. Struggling to sell though? Unless they're selling it at sky high prices, MSRP should be snapped up in a second.

Thanks. I guess interest rates are high, hard to qualify, I don't know, but a number of people on the waiting list weren't interested apparently. I think this is a good sign if you are serious. The R in Federicton was also sitting on the lot for a bit due to lack of commitment.

Riverview Honda? I inquired them on Nov 4 and they told me there's a credit application on it already, guess this was you? lol

I believe so. Sales person was pretty honest about the situation. R was sitting on lot for a few weeks and the dealership was getting nervous.

There are quite a lot of 2023 & 2024 type r for sell in Bc and they’re asking for 59-69k.
I can see dealer keep lowering their price, there is one 2024 asking 65k and now lowered to 59k and still available.
The car is not brand new though, someone drove 5k km on it.

Still well above MSRP though.
Very few seem to be selling at elevated prices. There are now 31 FL5 on autotrader across the country. Havent seen this many before. The market for people wiling to spend $65K on these cars is pretty small.

Yep, ones who are willing to spend would've bought it early this year/last year. I still remember some dude paid $70k for theirs....

How likely are we going to see an MY2025 shipment in Spring 2025? I believe what we're getting this year will be landing soon based on a previous post?
