Word.It is purely for the looks well the premium version adds 2 1/2 hp
I just ordered the premium red version to match up all my other parts!
Might have to wait until the vibrations on my rear motor mount go down to install it as I'll have to take off my strut bar and I don't want to risk putting them back on while the car is vibrating a lot.
