Avatar Image issues

I've been trying to upload an image for my avatar for a while now, with no success. Anyone else having this issue? How do I go about getting an image uploaded?

No issues. Click on your name at the top right, click edit on the little profile picture frame/window and make sure the picture you upload is at least 400x400 pixels, I'm sure there is possibly a file size limit too.

Hmmm....size limit. I didn't consider that. I've done the other steps a thousand times though, so I'll make it smaller and see what happens.
