I give up... I have no clue how to enable Android Auto on my FL5. I just want to use Google Maps instead of Honda's nav.

I can connect via BT to listen to music and use Keypad. That's it. Can anybody advise me please? Just want to use Google Maps, nothing else.

Every instructional video I watched, whenever they connect the Phone, they get 3 options for connection: Audio, Phone and Android Auto. I only get the first two (see pics). I tried deleting and re-connecting but it's always just music+keypad, nothing more. Can't even important contacts.

Did you try googling if it's a setting on your phone? One google search and I see a lot of issues with S21 and Android Auto with a lot of instructions, did you try those out?

Edit: Go to General Settings -> Systems -> Detail Information -> App Manager. Scroll through the list and see if Android Auto is disabled there.

Yes, Android Auto is enabled.

I did Google around but couldn't find any good answers. I suspect you might be right that it's the Phone itself, or Phone to Honda issue rather than strictly FL5 infotainment itself.

I had this problem on mine too. If you are on your phones home screen swipe up to get to your apps list. In the search bat at the top type in Android Auto. Select the option that says Android Auto with the word settings below it. Then go to customize launcher. Google Maps wasn't an option for me to add here so I had to open Google Maps while I had the customize launcher tab open to make it appear as an option to add. Try this and see if it helps. Once you've added Maps to your launcher on the phone go start up the car and see what you get

If the sequence above doesn't work try having Google Maps open on your phone before you do the above steps
