I had one on my FL5. Was consistently almost falling off, constant pain. It ended up folding underneath my car going about 70 the other week. I pulled over and ripped it off and decided to never buy a product from them again. Fortunately It did not damage the car. Total waste of money, garbage.

You get what you pay for.

Sounds like an installation issue. Did you use bolts or the screws?

I didn't feel comfortable using the screws so I used bolts where I could. I've never had a problem with it becoming loose or falling off.

But, and this is a big but, any lip you put on your car is more than likely going to eat shit at some point or another. Whether you end up pulling too far forward in a parking spot and hitting it on the parking stopper or curb, debris in the road, or just bottom it out on some pavement.

The nice thing about the non-CF version is that it's cheap and in the event that you do need to replace it, it takes some of the sting away. With all that being said, I would never buy the CF version for those reasons.

Word?....My AFD V1 slapped a piece of discarded truck tire on the freeway 2 days ago driving at 60. I'm still puzzled as it to how it's still on the car ?

Seems you two above do not have the CF version and do not have any experience to speak on the topic of this thread. Please read the title: "Aeroflow dynamics carbon front lip"

The CF version attaches using the existing stock bumper clips and some double sided tape. I installed as recommended by the company. POS product.

even the non-CF version is kind of booty. fitment isn’t great and packaging was bizarre, a bunch of screws i didn’t need. i’m using it until it most likely disintegrates somewhere, by that time hopefully the sayber or garage unique are on sale or the prices have lowered. i won’t buy from these guys again.
