Yeah, so I've posted before on my issues with getting flats on my '19 Sport Sedan 6MT and was concerned about a lack of spare on the US Si. Two months in, 2200+ miles I ran over something today that took out my tire. I heard it, and thought Oh no! I was a couple miles from home and when I parked in the garage and got out I could hear the hissing air escaping! Right rear. I was going to drive immediately to the local tire shop, but I remembered I was made to pay for the wheel and tire package from the dealer. I called the 800 Honda recovery number and three hours after being told it would be 90 minutes the truck arrived. Another 3 hours after the service writer told me it would be a couple hours if it was a repair and not a claim I got a new tire...
Spare would have been nice. I could have removed the flat and left it this morning. What's going to happen when I get a flat at 8 pm? Has happened! I did not try the pump with the tube of goo because I was already at home. If I was at home with a flat and a spare I could have changed tires and left the flat at the repair place...

All of the Civics that don't come with a spare DO come with a compressor that has tire sealant/repair function built in. I punctured a tire on my 2020 Si and was able to seal the tire. I drove it without problem until I replaced the tire many many miles down the road. It's not perfect and it won't repair every single type of flat, but if the puncture is small it'll get you where you need to be.
Otherwise, Honda will hopefully release an accessory spare tire kit as the y did with the 10th gen Civics.

I prefer the pump and repair kit, but you my friend desperately need a spare tire. I don't know where you live but that is a lot of tire-damaging incidents that you have endured. I have not experienced a single damaged tire in my 34 years of driving ( only slow leaks) but you have gotten your share. You can buy a spare tire from the dealer.

It was a cut that was deemed unrepairable at the dealer. I didn't try the goo since I was at home and could wait for the tow.
Tow truck guy said the dealers charge $250 for a replacement tube. That accurate? I forget the price of the spare, but I think it was similar. But of course the spare isn't 1 time use...

Any reason the expect the 10th gen spare is different from ours? Decent looking one on fleabay. Also a jack and lug wrench in the foam holder on another seller.

So yeah, I got to work this morning and said I better just go ahead and get it done. Fleabay special 10th Gen Wheel/tire with jack and wrench with free shipping. Had to do it. No foam holder. Piece of mind. This is nonsense! 6 hours! I was lucky to have the entire day after open.
