I uploaded the 21 psi dual starter map yesterday, with some changes in the quick enables and adjustments. It drives great, but on the tunerview app it shows over 24 psi at around 3500/4000 rpm. Didn't go full throttle yet. How is this possible and can it harm the engine? I don't know how much psi the engine can take. It's about 80 degr. overhere and i'm 9 feet below sea level. I don't know if that has something to do with it.

Did you change your boost targets by accident while on the quick adjustments page? It's easy to do? Only thing I can think of if that's all you messed with.

I checked that, but no didn't change anything.
Probably time to hit KTuner up. Never tried by phone but they're very responsive by e-mail.

Might try flashing another map or yours again if you haven't yet to see if it does the same thing.

I checked the tune, and flashed it again. Didn't test it yet. Here are some pics of the tune and the other settings. It's the same as the first flash where it went over 24 psi.

since you have boost ramp disable. It's probably just spiking up.

It won't do any harm

Oh you can't even change your boost target on the non-Si in quick adjustments! Guess you can't mess that up!

Yeah, only thing I see is you disabled the boost ramp & have part throttle turbo turned up so that explains why boost is coming on so aggressive.
Could be do to that and your driving conditions.

I'd definitely shoot KTuner an e-mail. They have fantastic customer service. They'd know straight away!

Have you actually checked a datalog within the KTuner application? Definitely submit a datalog via email.
No i have not. I will make a datalog tomorrow and email it to you. Today the boost was a bit less. 23psi.

I love the agressive spoolup though.....

If it's overshooting the target due to parts you have installed or atmospheric conditions, you can alter targets or settings to get it not to do so. The ECU's boost targeting system works really well, but it was obviously never intended for the extra parts we have installed. Even from vehicle to vehicle this will vary slightly.

Feel free to alter your settings or use a lower stage if you're concerned. If you're overshooting on that to you should look at a potential mechanical issue with your waste gate.
