People are crying over the MSRP increase, crying over the ADMs. Look nobody wants to pay more but if you want one now or sooner than later then not much you can do about it.

Gotta pay to play.

I mean the reality is this car will probably never be available at msrp but something's gotta give with some of these markups. I've made peace with a $5-10k markup range but you can buy two cars with the amount of ADM some of these silly dealerships are asking.

I’ve found 5 dealers doing msrp

One had a black available up until last week, they’re out there just have to call around

I called like 65 dealers before finding my fk8 for msrp in 2017

You found 5 available allocations or 5 dealers who will sell for MSRP should they get one down the line?

I found 5 dealers who sell only at msrp & sold their first vehicles at msrp and will continue selling with no mark up

One was offering discounted accessories if you wanted to add any

No offense - each of those dealers are likely 20 deep with deposits already.

I definitely agree but this depends a lot on where you live. I definitely called more than 65 dealers in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah and not a single was selling for msrp. Lowest I found was 5k with 3k in accessories but wouldn’t sell out of state. Also with the extra hype of the FL5 the MSRP dealerships now have longer waitlists compared to 2017. Since the the FL5 is rumored only to go until 2025, might not be enough time to sit on that waitlist before end of production.

I think by 2025, people may start to get desperate due to FOMO and by that time, dealers who know it is the final year will easily find buyers willing to pay markups.

Yup, 20 deep is an understatement
