Highly unlikely. Almost nothing into Hawaii comes shipped directly to Hawaii and nothing for the mainland gets transferred there. Part of the reason why the islands are so expensive is because all of their goods are sent to the west coast first then packed on boats for the islands. The port simply doesn't have the capacity or labor to handle the traffic. Even the stuff going into Hawaii all goes to Oahu and gets transferred to each individual island from there. Your BS meter worked here.My dealership in California tells me the type R I have a deposit on is in Honolulu waiting for transport.
any truth to this?
thought they just came from Japan straight to CA port for US west coast dealers
This could be totally legit but I have trust issues with car sales people always trying to lie about something
