I want to see a dyno pull preferably with an fk8 as baseline and dragy runs to see if it's any quicker in a straight line sadly autocross and track day season is over in the northeast.

If I get it in time, we have a winter autocross series in our region. There is a Boost Blue FK8 that has starting coming to our events recently. I'll try to set up a same-driver, same day comparison. We don't get many Type R's in our region (he's the 2nd or 3rd I've seen at our events since they came out). TT season wouldn't start up again until next year for me, but I would like to see the same comparison.

Quiet today ? lol
If we need some "drama" to hold us over, last night I took my Mustang up to the Honda dealer to look at trade-in value while we wait for my Type R to come in. It seems there is a discrepancy with the mileage reading on the Car Fax. It lists the mileage from the state inspection last week as being a lot lower (they left off a whole digit). This meant they could only offer about $4k until it's fixed (a lot lower than it should be, understandably, it would be a risk for them). I called the Ford dealer (where I bought it and get it inspected) and everything is correct on their end. So now I have a case open with Car Fax to correct the issue, but that can allegedly take a while.

I can still buy the FL5 outright and it would be no problem. I would just pay down the loan once I get the Car Fax corrected and the Mustang sold, but I would rather finance less. Hopefully it's a quick fix and I can get it sold (or traded) before signing all the final paperwork with my bank and the dealer. Maybe it's a sign to also keep the Mustang? It's long been paid off and doesn't cost me much with insurance. The only issues would be the car I want to drive may be blocked by the other one and which car do I keep in the garage? 1st world issues.

If this is the only hiccup in the whole buying process, then it hasn't been too bad.
