Will head down and hour to see what doing. Man, if they come close ($10k over) I’m tempted to pull trigger. I will be losing my $1000 deposit up in WA, but I also save on travel expenses, which may equate to $1000 from SF to Seattle and two Uber.

I knew this car had a hefty profit margin and US gets the most discontented model features wise. I was expecting 39.999

Again thank the dealers and there ridiculous ADM’s. Hondas not stupid, they want there piece of the pie. Now you can understand why Canadians are appalled at this sort of sales format. All those on here a couple weeks ago that were praising good old American capitalism get it in spades right now. I feel for you guys in that respect.

We all get inflation but with strong dollar and yen down the toilet, this car shouldn't cost much more than 35k US in reality.

I’ve said from day one that I was on this form that it was going to be priced the same as the Golf R, and guess what!

In Cali, it is but each state set those rules and regs on car deposits so it may be legit in WA.

Yesterday Midlands Honda in SC quoted me $4k ADM plus $4k accessory package, which I was briefly considering. This morning, without me contacting them, they sent me this. tl;dr they bumped their ADM to $20k and are still asking for $3585 in added equipment. These dealers have some nerve for sure!

That is $99,000.00cd

I can buy a Cayman GTS or a new M2 for that money…
