Figured I would share my success story;

In January I had agreed with a dealer here in MPLS MN to take the first allocated 23 for MSRP plus 2k in accessories. The way I look at it, it's a steal. I was going to do tint and PPF anyways and I get nice floor mats too.
I got the first allocation, sonic gray. Should be here within the next 1-2 months.

I legitimately struck gold, the dealer now is doing 3k over plus 3k in accessories on all type R "deposits"

It's not done till I have the keys to my car and it's in my damn garage, but I have a hopeful feeling I won't get screwed.

The right deal is out there, don't get discouraged ?. I just got EXTREMELY lucky.
Congrats man! I’m next in line and should have one by early 2023 based on district GM allocation info. My deal there is $3k over w $750 accessories (all stuff I want). I know places 2-4 have that deal but just found out they are 12 deep with deposits and sure the deal has evolved. Sales guy said they are booked with deposits through 2029 should they run that long as they expect two per year.

i was working with the sales guy before, however ended up getting mine at sticker so if anyone is looking and is okay with $10k you can hit him up

Just visited my dealer, car has been locked in at 60k after tax in CAD. He told me that the car is expected to show up at the end of the year. Didn't specify on colour however I told him I'm fine with anything. Good luck everyone!

Is there a document outlining the service schedule on Type Rs in general that you’re aware of?
https://www.bianchihonda.com/maintenance-minder-system/#collapseThree

So basically all Hondas have a maintenance monitor that will automatically tell you when your oil life is up and should be changed. For example, when my CRV hit about 8000-9000 miles, it went off alerting me I needed my oil changed. From my understanding, once your maintenance alerts prompts you take your car in and they will do the services for you mentioned in Honda service Pass free of charge up to 24k miles/2 years. I assume Type Rs and every honda has its own factored in limits and oil life timing and that when you get your type R you will be able to monitor it

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that to be accurate.

Unless your drinvng 20K a year you aren't really getting much from this.
You know, for an MSRP or bust stickler you don't seem to appreciate free things ?.

Not that I blame you for buying at MSRP, but free is free my man. Even if it's 1 oil change. If you don't care for or appreciate it that's you but im sure others would love to have peace of mind on basic maintenance for 2 years.

2 more guys just took delivery on FB, seems 5K ADM is the most common.
Looks like the actual ADMs people are paying are closer to the 5-10k range, rather than 15-20k like dealers are initially asking for. Sounds promising for prices to get closer to MSRP in the coming months.
