The tires came in early and I was able to get them on today. The DWS06+ 275/35/18 on a 18x9.5 +45 is absolutely perfect! Love the Motorsport Gold too!

I'm usually very biased towards Satin Bronze, but Motorsport Gold looks sensational on Championship White!

I went back and forth between the bronze and gold forever, but I just couldn’t help but feel the gold would compliment the Championship White the best. Now I just need to buy an extra set of OEM wing mounts and find someone who can powder coat or paint match Motorsport Gold.

There's more poke than I'd ideally want, but ultimately this is the set I'll use when I go further with coils and rear camber, but so far no rub even with the poke, even at autocross.

Funny seeing this posted here. I was at NCM for the HPDE going on at the same time and was just about to post my 18x10 Apex wheels ? Did I hear you were PAX time of the day at one point?

Nice! I saw your car, looked good!

I definitely was not top pax, but maybe at some point after an early run? It would need a lot more prep though to be competitive pax-wise in XA - it was just a shakedown event for TT Nationals on the track (I got the car for TT use not autocross).

Yea I think it was an early run. I wasn't quite covered in sweat yet ? I would love to see a TT setup I have never looked into actual TT rules. Just enjoying the basic HPDE at the moment.

What mods bumped you out of STU for autox? Maybe the jump from STU to xa is smaller than I thought.

I actually got asked that a few times yesterday too ?.

Honestly STU didn't even cross my mind - my last few cars have never been intended for SCCA autocross classing (and weren't ST* legal) and XA is an easy class just to jump into. XA locally also has great competition - 9 drivers in a bunch of totally different cars were super close yesterday - top 3 were 0.2s apart. STU only had one driver, although pax-wise it is much softer (as it should be). I'm very under prepped though as a real XA (or STU) car. The plan is Sport 3 for TT this year, and then Street/Tuner 2 for Gridlife/SCCA next year.

Looking at the STU rules, even with the cooling mods I need to do I'd still be legal, so I could run there if so inclined.

Sheesh, this looks amazing.

It blows my mind just how much wheel these cars can fit without extensive modification.

I’ve been considering the sm-10rs for track wheels but haven’t seen any one with those wheels

I should have some better pictures in the next day or two. I completely forgot to take my own pictures beside this one. I blame the heat..

Very tiny poke but with a little negative camber looks right. Tires are 275/35/18 Continental ECF. Only think I would change was not needing centering rings but that's minor. Found a set of stainless steel online for pretty cheap.
