    It is.... it's hard to leave the line like a grandma, otherwise it will hop like crazy. I guess I won't drag race it any more. Best time was a 13.79/104.5 I might look into a rear motor mount just for kicks. THanks.

    .... will stiffer motor mounts help? Anything else? Traction control on or off? Tire pressure adjustments or different compound tires other than the factory Michellins? Mine seems to hop no matter what.

    I agree, if they want it, they'll find a way to get it. That's ok, there are lots of other cars out there that I haven't tried, but Lord willing, I'll hang onto the Type R and enjoy it as long as I can. :headbang: :beer:

    I'm glad you mentioned that. The inner pocket! I thought those pouches would weaken the signal enough to keep it from being intercepted several feet away but the inner pocket actually blocks it 100%, even next to the car. I suppose you can set the locking system to auto so when you drive up...

    I'd like to install a hidden toggle kill switch. Wire the switch in series to something normally powered off while the engine is off but needs 12VDC to start the engine. Maybe ECU power fuse or something ... not sure yet. I guess I'd have to get a relay for that so the switch doesn't take...

    I would do a single over a triple... but it would have to be bigger than that ^ but not quite as big as this one > (try and imagine this is a Civic)

    Thanks, yeah I was having a hard time believing those numbers. What threw me was the: On Site In Transit Unknown or All I thought All might mean all the cars that have moved through the system. I forgot about roastduck's information, thanks for clearing that up. :thumbsup:

    True, but I'd like to use the car to go out and eat or to places where the car will be in the dark for a few hours. You're right, it's just a car, a cool one and a seemingly rare one at this point but I'll adopt the no worries attitude, Thanks for your perspective. :thumbsup:

    Yeah, Faraday pouches... whatever you do, don't buy off ebay. I was able to lock and unlock my car from almost 15 feet away using the remote unlock through the pouch. Oddly though, when I wash the car, I only put the key fob about 10 feet away to stop the car from locking and unlocking itself...

    I'm not sure how it came up for you but I selected ALL (as in the pic) and ALL years which are 2023 and 2024. If I select on site only, I get a total of 364 (per the photo). I don't know how accurate this site is and it doesn't seem right to me, that's why I asked. Anyone else want to chime in?

    Looks nice. Are dealers in that area still marking cars over MSRP? It might be an ok deal if someone likes Red. How much is a programmed spare key?

    I don't know, I think I like twin tips better although really it IS just a single exhaust. :(
