I think that paying the extra for the convenience, especially on car parts is important. You could opt for the cheaper pipe, but the CELs would make the experience worse. That said, my main concern would be future mod-ability. Let's say for example, I want to upgrade to a larger turbo, how big...
That falls into the same realm as trying to figure out "true weight" on a person if the scale is wrong. If a person who's 200lbs loses 20lbs and reads 180lbs on the same scale, then they still lost the 20lbs.
In the case of dynonet reading high, I think the final number isn't as important as...
So I'm confused, is the design of the TSP downpipe only at the size it is because it's trying to achieve a similar level of performance to the other pipes and still not give a CEL? Why don't competitors follow a similar philosophy if that's the case? I can't imagine a single person who thinks...
If you have enough of the screw left on the outside you could try WD-40 and some kind of wrench/vice grip. I broke the intake bolt when replacing the stock one a while back and got it out like that
The wing itself is a single piece, but the other parts where it connects is what I meant.
it could be that the mounting points on the hatch aren't properly sealed so water gets stuck there. In the case of the HPD wing, they actually take out a decently sized chunk of the hatch to drill and...
I have the HPD wing and have never noticed this problem. Afaik the CTR wing is made up of a few solid pieces, so if there's water getting trapped somewhere your best bet would be to check bolts/cavities.
