I've gotten eaten alive for how much I've modded my civic, it's just a part of the territory, no matter what you do. People have an idea of what they think cars should be and they get real angry if people don't fit the mold. I used to live ricey things on my car and now I hate even simple stick ons.
Where'd you get those numbers from? I think I see imwtuned in there, but that's an awful lotta mods for 400whp, I've definitely seen people eek out more with less (especially drob)

Well what's your budget and plans for modding? Any restrictions (like emissions related). I'd say you just go with what you can comfortably afford and if you really care about power, go catless. If it were me, I'd go TSP because I like PRL stuff.
