We would have liked that too! :) The insulated ESCO is our baby, our first knob, and perhaps our favorite. We're still working on getting them in new colors and in larger volume so they aren't quite so hard to get your hands on. It's been a pretty big challenge. Our standards for the insulated...
I decided I'd worked enough for one Saturday after launching them. LOL. Plus this thread seems like more of an Acuity chat lounge lately. haha
Yeah, the POCO is by no means some revolutionary idea. Countersunk knobs have been around as have the "add more threads" trick. Of course, adding...
We haven't established it yet. Likely some better shipping incentives and site-wide discounts. We're also seeing if we can get some limited-edition freebies to toss into order, but no guarantees yet.
Glad you're enjoying it! Get on those bushings! :P Don't forget to check out the install guide on the site (acuityinstruments.com/install) OR the install video on our Youtube channel (youtube.com/acuity_instruments)

No ETA presently. We sell the original still, but it's a direct only item and supplies are limited. There's a spot on that product's page to sign up for restock notifications though so you can swipe one quickly when they restock. :)
Assuming you mean the V2 version of the insulated version? We just launched the Esco-T6 in aluminum in a few colors.
Regarding the V2 insulated design, nothing interesting yet. It's in design, but we are picky with the Escos since the shape is our baby. haha. We have not forgotten and hear you...
It's all about personal preference, as far as we're concerned. Don't be misguided, the stage 2 is a very notable and significant upgrade too with more modest changes than the full shifter, but still substantial in comparison to stock.
I love the stage 3 on our test Si that I daily and in the...
Not in the least. I appreciate you guys keeping this updated and not roasting us for not being on the forums enough. We love car forums, but with development time in such short supply here, we tend to keep our noses down and work on new parts. haha :)
Have a good weekend, civicx!

He's right! Sorry for not being good about keeping these threads up to date, guys. We've been swamped just trying to get new stuff released. Instagram is always the best way to stay up-to-date. The same posts push to our Facebook account though, so that's not a bad runner up. :)

If you want an insulated knob, original Esco is a solid choice. I can help you get setup with an order by DM'ing me to let me know you want it and including your name, email, phone and shipping address. The purple one you've seen is a prototype insulated version, but those don't have an ETA...
The next knobs we're dropping are an aluminum variant (in black, red, and purple), so not insulated. We are still working on the insulated V2's, but we wound up trashing the first production run due to unsatisfactory super low temperature performance. Hoping we have the final products of the new...
Shape, text style, and side logo is unchanged, but the execution is quite a bit different, so the cosmetic appearance is a refreshing change from the existing Esco. :) The satin finish is quite nice. Can't wait to show them off!

It's killin' us too! A heavier aluminum Esco in 3 colors drops in the next few weeks. The V2 insulated design in new colors got pushed back when we decided the first production run was not up to par. We have not forgotten them though and hope to have them before the end of the hot season. :)

When people come to us referencing the standard 10th gen 2nd gear grind, we generally advise trying out the shifter rocker upgrade (often paired with our centering spring upgrade). Of all the parts we make for the OEM shifter, that one part (or our full shifter) is probably the best thing you...
