The price they're giving you is okay if you want the extra packages. Rust package, the 5 year 120K, alarm system and wheel and tire, which I would suggest you take. Get them to drop everything but the wheel and tire package and take the deal.

MSRP is not 51K anymore. The price of the car has gone up every year. Right now its 55K with freight and PDI or about 53K without.
