It happens again today, I did some datalog and the A/F & fuel trim data was normal. But I found an other trouble code P0139 (O2 sensor circuit slow response) without an engine check light on dash board. After clearing the code on Hondata App everything got back to normal. BTW I got RV6 catted downpipe on car, I think it might cause the problem.

That was my same issue, you just have to disable that code too and you’ll be set
Worked for me !

Do you know where this p0139 is at....my tuner couldn't find it to disable it. I kind of remember surfing around a bit and couldn't see it either. Am I just passing right over it? lol

I get those code now and then after using the pop bang tune, but I don't even use/have pop/bang tune enabled anymore. Quite strange

When you select codes you can reorganize it alphabetically and find it that way, once disabled fully, car will be fine and you can use the pops and bangs normally

We were looking at it and it's only for primary and not secondary, which is what I was getting.

If you get a chance/have time, can you snap a screenshot/pic of it?

Thanks,
Mike

That is the problem! A custom tune would do wonders for you.
Im looking at doing a tune on mine I can confirm every once in a while my pop wont work as well but seems to fix its self after a restart. Would you recommended TSP stage 1 or phearable? Im full bolt ons with out uppgraded turbo

Um.. who is tuning your vehicle? Have they used Hondata before? This is a very common task and I would be considered if they are unfamiliar.

I was Phearable tuned but decided to go jester tuned when I got my downpipe. I have not once looked back. Car runs better and is smoother, I also like his linear power delivery a lot more, instead of all the torque slamming in your face down low it’s linear and helps the differential pull you out of corners instead of just spinning the tires off.

If you want a very personal tuner reach out to Jester. He is happy to answer any questions and will support you throughout the tuning process.

I'm familiar with hondata. I was at work. While I work, I asked my tuner, he said there is no secondary P0139 in flashpro.

But yes, as I opened up Flash pro, I'm seeing multiple P0139 sensor options...no idea why he said there's only primary??? I literally see the code to disable that I keep getting lol...maybe there is some miscommunication on my part to the tuner. (code I get attached)

This is what he said:
Hondata doesnt have that code listed to be disabled. For primary, yes. But not secondary.

It drives me nuts that I can't do simple things like this as the tune is locked by the tuner. I mean I get why they lock the tunes up, but damn, can't even change a code out

That's a downside to can tunes and a big own with TSP.. they even state that they won't disable it.

CAN tunes?

This is a tune by a tuner, on a Dyno lol. It's like you keep making assumptions. You assume I don't know what flashpro or Hondata is. This is why I rarely come on here.

His name is Mikey Sweeny, at 1to1tuning

He's tuned 3 of my type r's, my accord, and sti.

He tuned this type r to 360whp and 395tq.

He locked the tune because he's had bad experience where people mess with his tune and or sell it to someone.

So he locked it and has never turned someone with an aftermarket DP or track catless dp?
Also those dyno numbers can be achieved by just flashing hondata's can/ots tune.. maybe that all he knows what to do?
