I havent heard of many people complaining about the suspension in comfort, just that R+ is practically a joke. So I mean people could just run in comfort or sport and pick their poison on the road.

In terms of colour, only black and white are available for the MY24. MY25+ will offer the full spectrum.

I got white, and one thing I did NOT expect was the sheer depth and sparkle the Acura white has. Under direct sunlight it looked like a disco ball. It was THAT Shiney, no even joking here. The paint they used was leagues better than anything I've seen on a Honda (I have a 23 CRV hybrid in urban grey as baby mover).

Ok let's get to the meats a potatoes. What does the M2 do better than the ITS:

- Outright speed sensation
- Highway / high speed driving
- interior, speakers, HUD/displays, comfort and etc
- Engine
- Seats
- NVH, insulation, engine noises and exhaust noises

Ok now what does the ITS do better.

- tranny, shifter, clutch
- sense of stability and ability to maneuver
- handling and weight feel
- FUN!!! I had a stupid grin ear to ear driving it slower
- Feel, it just felt like it wanted more of what I was giving it
- low end feel (sub 3.5k RPM)
- although the M2 sounds better, the ITS stock exhaust with its pop and bangs REALLY surprised me, it's great for a stock honda product lol


Sidenotes
- ELS is good, but it's not great HK in BMW is still 1 tier above
- road noise on the 407 highway was substantially louder and harsher in ITS vs M2.
- If you gave me another 40-50 WHP more in the ITS and a bit more camber + thicker rear sway bar, I'm inclined to say the ITS > M2 (in stock form).

With all that said, I will be parting ways with the ITS, as I have a buyer willing to take it off me at a decent premium.

HOWEVER!!!!, AFTER driving it and owning it for 2.5 days, I'm putting $$ in to get an MY25 car. I'm 100% owning this thing for life. I also want carbon vs. White .

NONE of you guys waiting for an FL5/ITS will be disappointed, Its really really fucking good. For additional context, my old done-up MK6 GTI (coilovers, swaybars, subframe, bushings, -3.0 camber etc) did not come close to how tight the ITS felt.

As a historically Euro car guy, I gotta say, I get it now lol. I see what the fuss is all about with will-tuned JDM cars. Although, the FL5/ITS is at the pinnacle of this spectrum, FWD wise.

If you like lightweight cars, that can handle and have great low end you WILL like this car. Full stop.

I've had people at work go on and on about Euro cars, and I know they're great in many areas, but I've realized that I truly miss my old Acura (type R swap, coilovers, camber kit, all dialed in). What I want is most of what I had in that, with the comfort for my back and the kids (I had 10kg and 8kg spring rates for a car that's 2700lbs...a friend's head went into the roof coming out of parking once. Lol). Based on your first hand experience, I'm in for a real treat.

If you don't mind me asking, can you share what the buyer is paying for it (PM maybe)? I have a black one coming and I'm hoping to trade in for a different color or for CTR at a later date. Curious what people are willing to pay for an ITS.

I had the Tint and Ceramic done at Grand Tour Auto Spa Inc, they do quality work.

Didn't even have the dealer wash it, drove straight there.

Not that the dealer was incompetent, but he asked, so that in the event that they didn't do the best job he wouldn't have to waste time fixing that.

i have a feeling you might be the gentleman i saw today taking delivery of their FL5... this dealership is actually 15 mins away from where i live....i contacted

them back in Aug or Sept 2022 and they told me they are not getting any type Rs ...i believed it because it seemed to me to be a low volume dealer and at that time we knew that huge volume dealers got or got more allocations.... to my surprise first i go to get my wife's car serviced there and i see fk8 and they had fl5.... so i chatted with both sales rep and sales manager.... the sales rep said he is new so i think he spilled some beans ... first nothing that anyone doesn't know by now the whole allocation process to when they know delivery eta (3-6 weeks) to calling you the customer... so while they both couldn't comment on why someone told me they are not getting one over a year ago... the rep told me that dealers would favor customers that had ordered additional products and services including accessories... things like pp, tints, warranties, accessories.... when i called him out on it and then why have a board or a list, he said that we try to be fair to all our customers (i call bs).... he then showed me the board for next assocation 25my coming in 24 and shows 1 name.... previously he did mention this next allocation got may be 7 or 10 people on it.... when i said but this whiteboard only shows 1 name he said my sales manager tracks his list and this board is updated everyday....i find that odd that they never wanna show you 'the list' like some top secret... like relax not trying to get personal info but just show me proof of a 'list' another dealer never showed me a list.... lucky whoever got to pick up they pride and joy today happy for them but i left the dealership feeling like it's a bit of luck and a bit of bidding or under the table favoritism which in all honesty is unfair..... and to think back to oct 2021 when i first put a deposit before the car was even announced back when it was just spy shots ...i thought i was ahead and said to myself i don't want to be hunting one so let me get ahead of this.... to me the ITS will always be a backup plan because i really see it as next to best, roads are bad and can feel it even in a crv but to know how special the fl5 is and knowing it was designed for track but can also do street imo is better than designed for street but can do track.... comfort mode is for daily vibes... also i know i can always go to ITS after having lived with the FL5 is much easier than the other way around
