Yeah I'll just do it Thursday-Sunday if I have to but seeing if anyone else has an allocation around 48.5k that this works out better for and their allocation is closer to me in CA.

I have a white Type R secured at 48.5k that arrives March 6th. However, I'm in CA and the car is in TN which is a 27+ hour drive home and dealer won't allow shipping. Anyone have an allocation at the same price that's closer and this works out better for you? Figure I'd see if anyone wants to swap. Only interested in white or blue.
Hi I have a deposit on a type r BB 3k over msrp

As someone who has never been to that part of the US, I would gladly take time off to explore.

Did you talk to Hagerstown ? Or any other dealership?
I called Hagerstown. They are at 7.5k over and willing to pick me up from PA.

I called every dealer showing a CW car on Autotrader and only two actually available. 10k and 15k ADM. I’m not sure if I’m willing to fly out of state to save 3k/vacation day over my local dealer.

also, a member reached out to me with a $5k ADM BB car. He wants a $500 finder’s fee.

This link should help you. Shows what’s sold, what markups are, etc. May save you a few more phone calls. The comments under each car tell you if it’s sold and what the ADM is.

This is a great body of work but it's limited in that the sale information is stale. A deposit on a vehicle and a sold vehicle are two very different things and they're often conflated on the tracker. A vehicle isn't sold until the buyer has purchased it outright and has taken delivery. I have found that many of these deals actually fall through. The tracker doesn't care for that especially if you see a vehicle as 'sold' and never bother to call. In my experience, I find that everyone is interested until it's time to pay.

Thanks for the offer but I'm only interested in CW. I'm in no hurry, I can wait a few more weeks.

Called two dealers on the tracker today that showed cars hit the dealer, both said they've been sold/paid one for 7k over and another for 10k over.

Weird about the shipping.

We sell cars to people all over the country. If they want it shipped. I only ask that they arrange it and that my hands are free from all of that.

Yea, someone asked me for a finders fee as well on this site.
It's a community. I don't understand it... Why not just help out?

It is one thing if I was like... Yo, find me a car. I'll pay you for your time. It's something entirely different to be all... "Pssst hey buddy, I know where one is but I'ma need some $$$"

One dude created an entire website to help people. @AspecR has shown nothing but love to people.

I just don't understand...
