Difference will be minimal, I can provide ETAs his map doesn't but his map is an excellent resourceI guess the real question for @AspecR is, will your findings be any different from what @StevenMatchett 's map shows, because if that's the case, we can save you some time and look things up on our own![]()
Stay patient bro, even if you don't get it this year don't put yourself in a financial burden for a vehicle. Can't imagine these markups last after the first year, 55k is an expensive vehicleGot a callback from two dealers in WNY, one with a Championship White and another with Crystal Black Pearl. Both dealers were looking for 55k for these cars. Unfortunately, with the price raise of 5k and the markup, it's a bit outside my range so I had to pass on both. It's a little frustrating how much these cars are being sold for. Maybe someone with better means can snatch these up.
Dealers:
Ralph Honda - Black
Ray Laks Honda - White
I am really hoping my local dealership works with me on the ADM. I will not be paying more than a 5k markup but we shall see. I really want the car and can definitely afford a 10k markup, but I will walk if they don't budge. MSRP is already high enough. I am sure someone will pay it, but I am patient and see where this economy continues to head. One dealership in NY just called me saying they're lowering markups from 20k to 10k. Hold strong boys and girls. If we can manage to keep the cars on the lot we can get close to MSRP
100% agree. I have an agreement at one in state dealers for 5k ADM, and one at an out of state for MSRP. I can afford a 10k markup but I'm not willing to pay that much. Funny thing is all the Houston dealers are blowing up my phone. Just had another a couple minutes ago. Straight to voicemail.Seems all the dealers in Houston are trying to get 70k+. One even quoted me 94k, before TTL. ?
Thank you for the positivity. Great advice, not worth the financial burden. I will try again next year and hope to land one for a fair price. I just hope each dealer will get more than 1 a year.Stay patient bro, even if you don't get it this year don't put yourself in a financial burden for a vehicle. Everyone's hurting with all this inflation. As happy as I am for those who already got their FL5s, regardless of markup, I'm glad that many are holding out for more reasonable asks from dealershipsBased on what I remember from the FK8 release, there seem to be more FL5s sitting in showroom floors in comparison to this time during the FK8 release. The 10k difference in price between the 2017 FK8 and the 2023 FL5 doesn't bode well for the FL5 but I didn't expect this many to go unsold already.
Alot more FL dealerships were getting $20k-$30k over on the FK8 than the FL5. Cali has 20 FL5s unsold. 2 days into them being on the ground, Cali had maybe 2-3 on the ground and the FK8 was way more readily available.
