I just drove by a dealership yesterday that had 3 on the lot!

I wish we had the same thing where a dealership has 2-3 Type Rs (I've seen some with multiples of the Integra Type S) so we can go below MSRP for once, but that's dreaming for me. It seems that Honda has done a better job with more evenly distributing Type Rs vs the ITS, from what I've seen anyway

Back to the current FL5 market, $5k markups can be found everywhere, but I think $1-2k should be very doable if you walk in ready to make a deal that day. I think I'd be ok with MSRP+$500 for a tint or something, maybe that and door edge guards.
